A New Season Requires a New Strategy
Faithfulness to God may require abandoning a successful method when fresh instruction demands another way.

Israel crossed the Jordan into a new season, but the first battle did not yield to ordinary military logic. God gave Joshua a strategy that required disciplined obedience more than tactical familiarity.
Methods are servants, not covenants. A strategy may have been effective, prayerfully chosen, and genuinely blessed. None of that guarantees permanent assignment. Innovation becomes faithful when it responds to mission under Scripture—not when novelty becomes a substitute for discernment.
Ask whether your method still serves the present instruction. Do not abandon wisdom merely to appear current, but do not sanctify habit merely because it once worked. The God who remains unchanged may change the means through which obedience enters the next field.
