Ezekiel 22:30
Read the complete passage slowly before entering the reflection. Let the biblical text govern every application that follows.THE WORD
Ezekiel 22 describes leaders, priests, prophets, and people participating in violence, extortion, and neglect of the vulnerable. God sought someone to repair the wall and stand in the breach, yet found none.
This is not a flattering call for one heroic personality to imagine the whole city depends upon them. It is an indictment of communal corruption and failed leadership. Within Christian hope, Christ is the ultimate mediator; His people participate together in justice and repair.
Ask where your actual access carries responsibility. Work with others, accept limits, build accountable systems, and refuse savior language. The breach needs faithful communities, not unexamined heroes.
CONFRONTATION QUESTION
