BIBLE JOURNEY · EZEKIEL

Speak God’s Word With Truth and Accountability

STUDY 110Ezekiel 2:7 · ESV

FOUNDATIONAL READING · ESV

Ezekiel 2:7

Read the complete passage slowly before entering the reflection. Let the biblical text govern every application that follows.

THE WORD

Ezekiel was commissioned to speak God’s words to a rebellious house whether they listened or refused. His responsibility was real because his message came through a specific prophetic calling preserved in Scripture.

Readers are not thereby authorized to announce every opinion as ‘what God told me.’ Speaking for God demands fidelity to Scripture, context, humility, evidence, love, and accountability. Results are not fully ours, but messengers remain responsible for avoidable harm and dishonest methods.

Tell truth without manipulation. State what is clear, identify inference as inference, listen to correction, and leave conversion to God. Faithfulness concerns both the message and the manner.

CONFRONTATION QUESTION

Which message needs greater biblical clarity, humility, or accountability before you speak it?

FAITH RESPONSE

I will speak truth faithfully without claiming certainty God has not given or excusing harm as someone else’s response.

🙏🏿 LET US GO INTO THE THRONE ROOM OF GRACE AND MERCY.™

Prayer

God of truth, govern our mouths. Give us courage without arrogance, clarity without manipulation, and accountability in every claim made in Your name.
TO GOD BE THE GLORY!
TODAY’S ASSIGNMENT

Truth must become practice.

Before one difficult conversation, write the biblical principle, verified facts, your inference, and the loving outcome you seek.
